Dennis C. Frisch, 73, of New Carlisle, passed away Friday, May 12, 2017 at Forest Glen Health Campus. Toms father was waiting for him in Heaven, where he is now made whole with our Lord. She is preceded in death by her husband, Al Manning, sister, Frances Talley, and two brothers, J.P. Morris and Alfred Morris.
